Lowell Plumbing Pros (lowellplumbingpros.com/) is a lead-generation website operated by YouWebb (“we,” “us”). Plumbing services requested through this site are quoted and performed by independent, Massachusetts-licensed local plumbing contractors (each a “Partner Contractor”). 2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address
• Location: property address, town or ZIP code
• Job details: property type, service needed, urgency, messages and access notes, including tenant information you choose to share
• Photos you upload or text to us, which may show the inside of your home or equipment labels
• Your preferred contact method and SMS consent choice

Information collected automatically

• Call tracking data: the number you call from, call date, time and duration, and in some cases a call recording [CONFIRM WHETHER CALLS ARE RECORDED; IF SO, DISCLOSE AT THE START OF EACH CALL]
• Text message data: your number, message content and photos you send
• Website data: pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, and actions such as tapping a phone number or submitting a form

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your request and provide a quote
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments
• To route your request to the Partner Contractor who performs the work
• To measure which pages, ads and channels lead to calls, texts and form requests (tracked as separate conversions)

4. How we share your information

With the Partner Contractor. Every request you submit by form, call or text is shared with the Partner Contractor serving your town so it can quote, schedule and complete your job. The service and town of each request are recorded for reporting between us and the Partner Contractor. The Partner Contractor uses your information under its own privacy practices.

With service providers. We use vendors for website hosting, form processing, call tracking, text messaging, analytics and spam protection. They may process your information only to provide services to us.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you text us or opt in on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Lowell Plumbing Pros and the Partner Contractor about your quote, scheduling and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics 4 and call-tracking scripts, to understand how visitors use the site and which channels lead to calls, texts and requests.
